Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Entry level Assembly/Packing.
  • Running shape machines making simple seal products, cut out products or unprinted products.
  • Follow all safety rules and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Correctly fill out daily paper work which includes: basic math, and an accurate count of products produced.
  • Produce minimal scrap.
  • Make machine adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure product meets or exceeds specification on the template.
  • Maintain a clean work station.


Skills and Requirements:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Be able to read and write and communicate in English.
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Stand/sit up to 8 hours a day
  • Able to work 8- 12-hour days
  • Position requires repetitive reaching and grasping up to 90% of the day with both hands.
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.

New Business Development/Sales

  • Account management and development. Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects.

Quality Manager

The Quality Manager/Engineer oversees quality management and engineering activities for the Company.  This position is responsible for all department activities as well as hands on engineering activities.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engineer responsibilities include:
    • Support the manufacturing process, including validation of new processes, develop and implement inspection and test methods.
      • Create review and approve ECO’s, document change and deviations.
      • Develop DHRs and perform reviews
      • Develop and manage risk control measures (pFMEA)
      • Identify, develop and implement process improvement.
    • Support New Product Development activities and ensure requirements of design control are met.
    • Work with other departments to review, train and improve work instructions within the department.
    • Support the company initiatives in supplier audits, HACCP, CAPA and internal audits.
  • Manager responsibilities include:
    • Lead a team of a Quality Supervisor and technicians.
    • Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, and regulatory/legal requirements.
    • Implement and oversee QMS upgrades (ISO, AIB, SQF).
    • Leading the Quality Steering Committee.
    • Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products.
    • Work with customers, employees, contractors, and outsourcing firms to develop product requirements.
    • Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.
    • Conduct quarterly management review meetings.


Skills and Requirements

  • 3-8 years of engineering experience working in a medical device industry.
  • Understand and apply knowledge of:
    •  ISO 13485, ISO 9001 standards, AIB and SQF. Ideally, experience working in an established FDA Quality System Regulation (QSR- 21 CFR Part 820, 21 CFR Part 210/211).
  • Has led or participated in a QMS ISO certification and/or upgrade.
  • Good laboratory practice (cGLP) and good manufacturing practice (cGMP) experience.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Effectively use risk-based decision making.
  • Ability to collect, summarize and report technical information.
  • Computer competency in MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Integrity and high ethical standards.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter, and motivated individual who works independently.
  • Basic statistical analysis and interpretation of statistical data (i.e. SPC, population testing, confidence intervals).
